About the Network

 

NHAN is a statewide collaboration, funded in part by the  C S Mott Foundation, created to foster and encourage the development and sustainability of high quality afterschool programming. Our three primary goals are to:

  • build resources
  • strengthen programs
  • inform public policy


We invite you and individuals and groups interested in afterschool that you know – providers, supporters, parents and caregivers, and youth – to email or call us to receive important news, information and updates on what’s happening in afterschool in New Hampshire and the progress of NHAN.

We are proud to announce that New Hampshire Afterschool Network is now the National AfterSchool Association (NAA) state affiliate!
America After 3PM Report is now available! 
The 2014 America After 3pm report shows:

  • 96% of New Hampshire parents are satisfied with their child's after school program!  

  • 35,302 children in New Hampshire currently participate in an afterschool program. That's only 17%, let's try and increase that number by the end of 2015!
