Details: Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of our kids? Kids Club is a licensed before and after school program serving children between the ages of 5 and 8 years old. We are looking to add positive, energetic and dependable teachers to our team! You must be available Monday through Friday from 2pm to 6pm. Some morning hours may also be available. Associate teachers must have 9 ECE credits. Experience preferred. Duties include weekly lesson planning and implementation while ensuring all center policies and state regulations are met. Details: Join a quality team of before and after school professionals.  The PEAK program is run by the Seacoast Community School and operates in the Portsmouth and Greenland elementary schools.  Starting wage is $12/hour and may increase with qualifications and higher positions.  Shift hours vary from program to program (approximately 7:00-9:00am and 2:30-6:00pm). Planning and meeting hours are also offered weekly.  Benefits may be offered to schedules over 28 hours per week.  We pride ourselves in operating a high quality program and look forward to expanding our team!

Job Title: Group Leaders

Details: Group Leaders work under the supervision and direction of the Site Director to enhance and create a well-balanced and engaging program for children and staff. As a team, they will help create a positive atmosphere that boosts self-esteem and the general self-concept of all program participants. This position will be fully interactive with the children each day and candidates must be prepared to manage and lead the before-and-after school program in the Site Director's absence. Additionally, group leaders must assist the Site Director with properly maintaining attendance records, staff records, following procedures related to incident reporting, and filing accident reports. Group Leaders may also be required to train, mentor, and encourage Program Assistants.

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements: Be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and have at least ONE of the following: Experience working with school age children, totaling 600 hours; OR documentation of at least 3 credits in elementary education, human growth and development, behavior management or recreation or early childhood education, awarded by a regionally accredited college or university; OR documentation that she or he is a certified coach; OR documentation from or filed with the BCCL that she or he was qualified as an associate teacher in a school age program on or before the date of adoption of BCCL state licensing rules.

Details:  The NHAN Lead is responsible for the organization's consistent achievement of its mission and financial objectives.  This position is currently part time at 28 hours a week and it is the intent of the Leadership Team for this to become a full time position contingent on funding.  The Lead is responsible for supporting the organization in all its ongoing activities, while also contributing to the development and implementation of new initiatives and exploring avenues for impact and engagement.  A successful candidate will demonstrate the qualifications and skills to manage and carry out NHAN's strategic vision and goals.  The ideal candidate will have knowledge of statewide expanded learning systems (out of school time and/or afterschool programs) and educational youth and development partners; proven ability for sustainable fund development; talent for strategic visionary thinking through a disciplined, analytic lens; and highly regarded reputation as collaborator-extraordinaire to complement his/her sense of humor and compassion.
